SHIPPING POLICY
OVERVIEW
At CruxJewelry, we are dedicated to providing reliable shipping services to our customers worldwide. All orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding major public holidays.
SECTION 1 - PROCESSING TIME

Standard Processing: We make every effort to process in-stock orders within 1 business day.

Custom & Handcrafted Items: For custom-made or handcrafted products, please refer to the specific production time listed in the product description. These items require extra time to create before they are shipped.

Order Cut-off: Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the following business day.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders worldwide.
For most destinations, orders over $50 USD qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under $50 USD, a flat standard shipping rate of $5.99 USD applies.
For European Union orders, due to EU VAT and import-related requirements, a small import/VAT handling fee may be included in the shipping method shown at checkout.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
SECTION 3 - SHIPPING CARRIERS
We select the most efficient shipping method based on your delivery address.

USA: USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx.

UK: Royal Mail, Evri, or other local couriers.

International: Local postal services and commercial express carriers.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

PO Boxes / Military Addresses: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a physical street address to ensure delivery.

Remote Areas: We are unable to provide shipping services to certain remote island nations, war-torn regions, and areas not covered by the Universal Postal Union (UPU).
SECTION 5 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES, VAT, AND TAXES

Tax-Included Shipping: We ship using tax-included or duty-paid shipping methods whenever available.

European Union VAT / Import Fee: For European Union orders, EU VAT and import-related charges may apply due to local import requirements. To make checkout clearer and reduce unexpected delivery charges, we may collect a small EU import/VAT handling fee at checkout. This fee will be shown directly in the shipping method, such as EU Free Shipping & Import Fee.

No Hidden Delivery Fees: Where applicable, the price you pay at checkout is intended to cover the listed shipping and import/VAT handling charges shown at the time of purchase. You should not be charged the same listed fee again upon delivery.
SECTION 6 - ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package status at any time via the link provided in the email.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 36 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@cruxjewelry.com.
SECTION 7 - LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
CruxJewelry is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported lost or stolen. However, we are here to help. If your tracking says delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly and then email us.
